Description
This course focuses on ways to encourage, empower, and equip adults to support the development of learning communities in specific contexts. Particular attention is given to the development of strong listening skills, comprehensive planning strategies, curriculum evaluation, and small group facilitation. Prerequisite: EL1515 Education I.
