Description
The gospel generates faith in God's people and calls them in to the world. This senior seminar provides students an opportunity to integrate research, theory and practice as they refine their visions and strategies for transformational and missional children, youth and family ministry. Students critique prevalent models of ministry particularly from the vantage point of their focus on ministry in the world. Opportunities are afforded to meet with children, youth and family ministry leaders. Students develop their senior "papers" or thesis as the "project" for the course. Pre-requisite: CY4515. J-TERM 2013-2014: Course CY4520-01-33 Continues into Spring Semester - Please also register for CY4520-01-33 in Spring. Must also register for precept in Spring Semester.
