Description

A study of Pauline writings and the book of Acts. The course focuses on Galatians and 1 Corinthians, while exploring selections from other writings in the Pauline tradition. Attention is given to strategies for interpretation, Pauline theology, the social and cultural context of Paul's ministry, and the implications of these writings for contemporary Christian witness. Prerequisite: LG1200 Greek or equivalent for all MDiv and MA-New Testament students.
